Foreign missions fundraiser
A generous night.
A lasting mission.
The fundraiser gathers the HYM community around one purpose: build a dependable mission fund that helps young people keep serving when needs arise.
01 · The point
Stop rebuilding the missions budget from zero.
The long-term vision is a permanent mission fund: a dependable base that can help cover relief work, travel, supplies, service projects, and ministry partnerships year after year.
That matters because needs do not wait for a fundraising calendar. A stronger fund gives HYM the ability to prepare young people, respond when communities need help, and support mission work with greater stability.
The evening is also part of the formation itself. Students see adults, families, churches, and businesses put their resources behind service—and they learn to give, work, and take responsibility alongside them.
What the number means: $179,272 is the result of the latest published foreign-missions fundraiser campaign. It is not presented here as HYM’s lifetime giving total or as a live 2026 campaign counter.
How one night carries forward
Gather. Grow. Go serve.
Gather the community
Families, churches, businesses, and friends come together to hear the mission story and take ownership of the work ahead.
Grow the mission fund
Gifts create a stronger base for future service instead of forcing the organization to start over each time a trip or urgent need appears.
Send prepared young people
The fund helps turn training and willingness into real action: travel, materials, relief response, partner support, and hands-on work.

The latest result
The room crossed the goal—and kept going.
The published 2025 campaign finished at $179,272, supported by 506 people. That is 179% of its $100,000 goal and a clear sign that the wider community wants this work to continue.
